How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. After 30 days, exchanges and refunds are no longer available. Contact us at qdmc2024gyl@126.com for the return address.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

· For non-defective returns: customers pay return shipping. Refunds exclude shipping fees.

· For damaged or wrong items: return shipping is free. Contact us for a full refund or replacement.

How do I return an order?
Contact us at qdmc2024gyl@126.com and provide:

· Order number

· Reason for return (e.g., didn’t suit me, wrong/defective item with photos, not as expected, other)

Have you received my return?
Processing returns takes a few days. We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Contact us at qdmc2024gyl@126.com if you have any issues.

I no longer have the original packaging. Can I still return?
To ensure all customers receive defect-free products, returns must be in resellable condition. Without original packaging, we cannot accept returns.
